Erika Enid Abreu is a Puerto Rican native and she came to the United States when she was 14 years old, reaching the American Dream with her mother. She loves building lasting and rewarding relationships in the local business community, that is an important goal for her. She looks to develop and nurture relationships by consistently providing excellent care and professional service to her customers (friends). She loves what she does. She graduated from Coral Park Sr. High in 1996 and went to Miami Dade College to study Business Administration and when I started working in 1996 in a boutique Real Estate firm in Brickell Key, found love in a new career.

She has worked in the Real Estate industry with the best Real Estate companies and her passion for Real Estate led her to the Title Industry as a Licensed Title Agent. She has worked in the Title industry since 2006 and grew the South Florida Market.

She has a passion for helping homeowners achieve their American Dream and loves helping realtors & lenders make it happen and close without any problems. She strives to help her clients have the best experience at the closing table because she knows relations are the key to a successful transaction.

She is involved in the community with the best organizations in the Real Estate industry. The Miami Association of Realtors®, Young Professionals Network for Miami Association of Realtors®, Women’s Council of Realtors® which she is a Past President in 2015, NAHREP (National Association of Hispanics Real Estate Professionals), Realtors of the Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale and The LGBTQ+Real Estate Alliance.

She truly enjoys what she does and has been fortunate to be in the real estate industry for over 20 years; through all the ups and downs.
